3. Event Registration and Attendance

Registration Requirements:

• All event registrations must be completed through our official channels
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration
• Registration confirmation will be sent via email

Attendance Policies:

• Attendees must arrive on time for scheduled events
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event
• Recording of seminars or lectures is prohibited without written permission

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Event cancellations by attendees must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• In case of event cancellation by us, full refunds will be provided or rescheduling options offered
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

5. Intellectual Property

The materials and content presented in our seminars and on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. SCIENTOLOGY and DIANETICS are trademarks and service marks owned by Religious Technology Center.

The materials on Capitol Mission's website and in our seminars are provided on an 'as is' basis. Capitol Mission makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Capitol Mission or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Capitol Mission's website or participation in our events, even if Capitol Mission or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
