By registering for, attending, or participating in any workshop, seminar, training program, or educational event (collectively "Services") offered by our Organization ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Participant," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register for or participate in our Services. Your continued participation in our Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment or other participants' experience.
The Company provides professional development workshops, seminars, training programs, and educational events designed to enhance business skills, communication abilities, leadership capabilities, and professional effectiveness. Our Services may be delivered in various formats including in-person workshops, virtual seminars, hybrid events, and online training modules.
All Services are educational in nature and are designed to provide general information and strategies for professional development. The content provided is based on industry best practices, research, and the professional experience of our instructors. However, the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or success that may be achieved through participation in our Services.
Workshop and seminar content, schedules, instructors, and venues are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to instructor availability, venue constraints, or unforeseen events. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes in advance.
Registration for Company Services may be completed online, by telephone, or through other designated methods. Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment (where applicable) and confirmation from the Company. Some workshops may be offered at no charge, while others may require payment of registration fees.
For paid Services, payment must be received in full prior to the event date unless alternative arrangements have been specifically approved by the Company in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers as specified during the registration process.
Registration confirmations will be sent via email and may include important information about the event, including location details, parking instructions, materials to bring, and pre-event preparation requirements. It is the participant's responsibility to review all confirmation materials and contact the Company with any questions prior to the event date.
Seating for workshops and seminars is limited and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to close registration when capacity is reached or at any time prior to the event date.
By consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive the following types of text messages from the Company:

Event Reminders: Timely reminders about upcoming workshops, typically sent 24-48 hours before the event date, including any last-minute updates or important information.
Event Updates: Critical information about changes to event schedules, locations, or other important details that may affect your participation.
Follow-up Communications: Post-event messages that may include thank you notes, additional resources, feedback requests, or information about future workshops that may be of interest.
Administrative Messages: Important communications regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or other administrative matters related to your registration.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the Company. However, consenting to SMS communications ensures you receive timely and important information about your workshop participation.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you confirm that: (a) you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided; (b) you have the authority to consent to receive text messages at that number; and (c) you understand that message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
The frequency of SMS messages will vary depending on your workshop registrations and participation. Typically, you can expect to receive 2-5 messages per workshop registration, including confirmation, reminders, and follow-up communications. Messages are generally sent during business hours but may occasionally be sent outside these hours for urgent communications.
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message from the Company. You may also contact us directly using the contact information provided in these Terms to request removal from SMS communications. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will promptly remove your number from our SMS communication list.
Please note that opting out of SMS communications may result in you missing important information about your workshop registration, including critical updates or changes. You will still receive email communications unless you separately opt out of email communications.
SMS messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's messaging plan. The Company is not responsible for any charges incurred by receiving text messages.
Delivery of SMS messages depends on factors beyond the Company's control, including carrier network availability and mobile device functionality. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all messages, the Company cannot guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for any consequences resulting from delayed or undelivered messages.
The Company understands that circumstances may require participants to cancel their registration. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair while allowing us to manage event planning and costs effectively.
For paid workshops and seminars, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to the Company. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request:
More than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
3-7 days before the event: 50% refund of registration fees.
Less than 3 days before the event: No refund available, but registration may be transferred to a future event subject to availability and any price differences.
For free workshops and seminars, participants are encouraged to cancel as early as possible if they cannot attend, as this allows us to offer the space to others on our waiting list.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any workshop or seminar due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, participants will receive full refunds of any fees paid, and we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or offer alternative dates.
The Company's liability for cancelled events is limited to refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for any travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during Company workshops and seminars. This includes treating fellow participants, instructors, and Company staff with courtesy and respect, and refraining from behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: harassment or discrimination of any kind; disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning experience; use of offensive language or inappropriate content; unauthorized recording or photography; and violation of venue rules or policies.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct violates these standards or disrupts the event. Removed participants will not receive refunds and may be prohibited from attending future Company events.
All content provided during Company workshops and seminars, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, exercises, methodologies, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
